It was typically mounted on a 19,500 lb Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) cab-over chassis, which allowed it to be operated without a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and provided a tight turning radius.

The sweeper also included a 200-gallon water spray system, a color camera system with a 7-inch monitor, and hydraulic controls for the brooms.
